Inductors

An inductor, or in other words a coil or an induction coil, is designed to prevent sudden changes in electric current. Inductors are also used to limit alternating current without power losses. They are used in electric drive systems or power supply systems.

Inductors are elements that have the ability to accumulate energy and in combination with a capacitor, they form an LC resonant circuit. This circuit, thanks to its ability to generate signals at a certain frequency, is a key component of some electronic devices such as radio equipment.
